I am sick
I feel tired everyday during working time. Even I was sleep 8 hours per day. But when time reach 6pm, I will totally awake. I think I am sick already, my sick title is上班一条虫, 下班一条龙(working hours like a bug, after working hours like a dragon)。

Everyday I came to work and look at the document, coding, database…. I will become slow thinking, trouble paying attention, heavy eyelids and slowly close my eye.

Actually my heart is thinking on “need to work hard”, but physically my eyelids very heavy.

How? How? How?
Anyone can tell me how to solve my problem?

运动注意

剧烈运动后应当注意
  
  一、不宜立即休息。剧烈运动时人的心跳加快,肌肉、毛细血管扩张,血液流动加快,同时肌肉有节律性地收缩会挤压小静脉,促使血液很快地流回心脏。此时如立即停下来休息,肌肉的节律性收缩也会停止,原先流进肌肉的大量血液就不能通过肌肉收缩流回心脏,造成血压降低,出现脑部暂时性缺血,引发心慌气短、头晕眼花、面色苍白甚至休克昏倒等症状。所以,剧烈运动后要继续做一些小运动量的动作,呼吸和心跳基本正常后再停下来休息。
  二、不宜马上洗浴。剧烈运动后人体为保持体温的恒定,皮肤表面血管扩张,汗孔开大,排汗增多,以方便散热,此时如洗浴冷水浴会因突然刺激血管立即收缩,血液循环阻力加大,心肺负担加大,同时机体抵抗力降低,人就容易生病,而如洗热水澡则会继续增加皮肤内的血液流量,血液过多地流进肌肉和皮肤中,导致心脏和大脑供血不足,轻者头昏眼花,重者虚脱休克,还容易诱发其他慢性病病。所以,剧烈运动后一定要休息一会再洗浴。
  三、不宜暴饮。剧烈运动后口渴时,有的人就暴饮开水或其他饮料,这会加重胃肠负担,使胃液受到稀释,既降低胃液的杀菌作用,又妨碍对食物的消化。而喝水速度太快也会使血容量增加过快,突然加重心脏的负担,引起体内钾、钠等电解质发生一时性紊乱,甚至出现心力衰竭、心闷腹胀等,故运动后不可过量过快饮水,更不可饮喝冷饮,否则会影响体温的散发,引起感冒、腹痛或其他疾病。
  四、不宜大量吃糖。有的人在剧烈运动后觉得吃些甜食或糖水很舒服,就以为运动后多吃甜食有好处,其实运动后过多吃甜食会使体内的维生素B1大量被消耗,人就会感到倦怠、食欲不振等,影响体力的恢复。因此,剧烈运动后最好多吃一些含维生素B1的食品如蔬菜、肝、蛋等,如你运动后爱吃甜食则更应多吃蔬菜等食品。
  五、不宜马上饮酒。剧烈运动后人的身体机能会处于高水平的状态,此时喝酒会使身体更快地吸收酒精成分而进入血液,对肝、胃等器官的危害就会比平时更甚。长期如此可引发脂肪肝、肝硬化、胃炎、胃溃疡、痴呆症等等疾病。运动后就是渴啤酒也不好,它会使血液中的尿酸急剧增加,使关节受到很大的刺激,引发炎症,造成痛风等。
  六、不宜马上吸烟。运动后吸烟因人体新陈代谢加快,体内各器官处于高水平工作状态,而使烟雾大量进入体内,还会因运动后的机体需要大量氧气又得不到满足而更易受一氧化碳、尼古丁等物质的危害,此时吸烟比平时对你的危害更大,同时氧气吸收不畅还影响机体运动后的恢复过程,人更易感到疲劳。

My new career
My new career is Development Consultants. I already 2 year didn’t direct touch on the coding task, now I going to do the programming, some more is C# ! Actually I have a bit worried, worry about I cannot caught up, and worry about my brain cannot think that fast, worry about I already getting old…

I know I cannot have this kind of mindset, I need to tell myself: YES, I can do it. I will try my best to done the entire task, and show people that I CAN.
Last time when I join NDT also have this kind of feeling. The difference between this is, now I am older.

Hope this company will be my last destinations. I really not wish to change company again.
